Do I have to use a picture on the profile page?
No! We want you to feel safe. Sometimes a picture makes people you are chatting with more personal but you do not have to use a picture. Instead, find an avatar or use a picture of your cat!
Can I share my membership with someone else in my family?
No. We work very hard on our content. Many hours have gone into creating this site and we ask that you do not share your password or information with anyone else. We keep the membership price very reasonable so that many people can afford to join!
Do you offer family discounts?
No. We decided to charge a membership fee rather than fill our site with annoying advertisements.
How do I contact you if I have technical difficulty?

If I don’t like the program how do I terminate my membership?
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will address any concerns you have. However, if you do not wish to continue, there is a termination link on the membership page.
